If you're going to be gone for an extend amount of time please make arrangements in game with an officer to deal with your gaming account(s) and then contact a council member to deal with your guild membership. We want members to maintain real lives so we are very understanding to everyone's personal situation. While in game you may need to make more arrangements or even be removed from your in game alliance per their rules, within the guild inactivity is dealt with differently.
Simply contact a council member and let them know you are taking a leave of absence and when to expect you back. We will move you to the inactive roster until you return.
If you don't return within 1 month of your expected return date then the council will vote to move you to the Honor Guard list or former players list. If you are moved to the honor guard list you can return anytime without further procedures needed.
If you are moved to the former players list then you will need to fill out the guild application again. If you were a member in good standing before your inactivity you will be allowed back into the guild under a 2 week probationary period.
